Professional land surveyors are licensed by the state in which they practice and must follow state laws which were enacted to protect the interests and welfare of the public. Professional land surveyors are also governed by a code of ethics. At Pro Boundary we constantly remind ourselves that land surveying is a profession first and a business second.

COMPANY HISTORY
Formed by Westerville native Rocky Lomano as "Westerville Land Surveying", WLS has been serving central Ohio since 2005. Current owner, Tim Stadt, started working at WLS during his college years at Ohio State. In 2017 he returned to WLS full time, and acquired the company in 2022 upon Rocky's retirement. The company was renamed "Pro Boundary" in 2023. Tim started his surveying career in high school when he started working for a surveyor in Gull Lake, Michigan. He chose Ohio State to pursue his interest in surveying and graduated with a B.S. in Geomatics Engineering. Tim has worked at small surveying firms and large design firms, with project experience ranging from large ODOT projects to small boundary surveys. His former roles as both a project manager and as a crew chief gives him a unique perspective. Tim is registered as a licensed Professional Surveyor in Ohio and Michigan. |
