Easement Surveys
Easement surveys are typically used to convey certain land rights for utilities, roadways, or rail roads. An easement represents an interest in land owned by another that entitles its holder to a specific limited use or enjoyment.  For example, a utility company may need an easement to cross your property with a utility line.  A legal description and/or drawing is used to describe the area covered by the easement.
